Is this 1:1 coaching?
You’ll receive personalized guidance, but this isn’t a full 1:1 coaching package. The program begins with a private Personalized Blueprint Session (either a 30min Zoom OR 45mins Voxer chat), where we review your patterns and create your customized plan. You’ll also have three months of guided support inside the Blueprint chat for questions, feedback, and direction as you move through the lessons. It’s the perfect blend of structure, personalization, and expert support - without the cost of long-term private coaching. If you'd like to add-on 1:1 coaching however, email me to discuss!
Do I have to join group calls or participate in a community?
No. The Blueprint is intentionally designed for women who want privacy, structure, and expert guidance without the pressure of group coaching. Support comes directly from me through your private session, weekly check-ins, and personalized guidance in the chat. You get support without needing to be social or share in a group setting. HOWEVER, you can connect with the other women in the group through the comments sections & chat feature if you'd like to.
How much time do I need each week?
Most women spend about 1–2 hours per week, or 15-20mins a day. The lessons are short and easy to digest, and you can move entirely at your own pace. Your personalized plan from our private session helps you know exactly what to focus on, so the process feels manageable & doable for your life.
