Shannon McCabe offers this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By visiting our site, engaging in any of our content, and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our product and Service (“Service”) and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.



We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our products and Services are subject to change without notice.



We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.



SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES



Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.



We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.



We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Regarding coaching/mentoring/support services rendered: the product or service as described on the sales page as of the date of your purchase is accurate. No representation has been made that Shannon is a certified sober coach, recovery coach, or therapist. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions signifies you acknowledge the services offered by SLM Collective, LLC DBA as SHANNON MCCABE - SHANNON LEIGH MCCABE are mentoring/support services and no claims are being made of being a professional recovery coach. Entering into these services is not a guarantee that you will be and/or remain alcohol free. 

Coaching Format & Delivery

All private coaching packages are delivered using the structure outlined at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, 1:1 coaching sessions are conducted exclusively via Voxer, an asynchronous voice messaging app. This format allows for thoughtful coaching, flexible scheduling, and time for integration between messages.

If a client is unable or unwilling to use Voxer, alternative arrangements (such as scheduled phone or Zoom calls) may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, calls will be limited to 30–40 minutes to reflect the original support scope and time commitment of a Voxer-based session. No adjustments in pricing, session count, or length will be made due to format changes.

Clients are expected to respect this structure, and by purchasing a coaching package, agree to these delivery terms.

All coaching sessions and packages must be used within 6 of purchase. Any unused sessions after this time will expire and are non-refundable.

I (Shannon McCabe, DBA SLM Collective LLC), reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue coaching services at any time. In the event that services are discontinued, clients will be notified and provided with reasonable next steps at my discretion. As stated above, refunds will not be issued. 

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION



We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.



You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.



SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS



We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).



We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, Services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any such claims.

I take your privacy and trust seriously. As a client, any personal details, coaching conversations, or shared content will be treated as confidential and never disclosed outside the coaching relationship.

We may use third-party tools such as Voxer, email, or other communication platforms to exchange messages. While these tools are widely used and secure, it’s important to understand that they are not encrypted in the way medical or legal systems may be. By participating in coaching, you acknowledge and accept this level of communication.

Your contact details and information are never sold, shared, or used for any purpose outside of our work together. If at any time you wish to be removed from my systems (email list, scheduling platform, etc.), just send a written request and I’ll make sure your data is deleted wherever possible.

If you have questions about privacy or boundaries within our coaching relationship, I welcome the conversation. Your safety—emotional and digital—matters to me.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that all work created by SLM Collective, LLC,  DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe solely or in collaboration with others in the course of performing Services, shall automatically be the sole property of SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe  upon their creation or (in the case of copyrightable works) fixation in a tangible medium of expression and SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe shall own all rights, including all proprietary and intellectual property rights, title and interest. Therefore, the content in all SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe programs and Services is for the sole purpose of your education and self-development within a professional, business, or personal environment. Intellectual property rights includes, but is not limited to, any domain names, program, company names, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, know-how, concepts, ideas, discoveries, processes, developments, suggestions, materials, improvements, work of authorship, artwork, software, documentation, intellectual property, rights in other tangible and intangible assets of proprietary nature, and the like. SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe will own all the work product described above, the copyright, the right to register and renew the copyright, the right of first publication, the reproduction right, the performance right, and all other rights provided by the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17).

You shall preserve in strict confidence all confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information of SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe or received from SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe, whether or not marked «proprietary» or «confidential», and whether oral or written. Confidential Information shall not include information that you can demonstrate by written evidence that was publicly available at the time of disclosure or was independently developed by you without reference to confidential information. You will not (i) disclose or cause to be disclosed at any time any confidential information obtained from SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe or (ii) use or cause to be used any of such confidential information for any purpose, except as required in the performance of the program or Services. You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that you shall maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards designed to (1) insure the security, integrity and confidentiality of all confidential information, (2) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security, integrity or confidentiality of confidential information, and (3) protect against unauthorized access to or use or disclosure of confidential information.



SECTION 14 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.



SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY



In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.



SECTION 17 – TERMINATION FOR CAUSE



SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe may, by written notice to you, terminate any programs or Services, or any part thereof, if you breach any of the terms and conditions or any agreement. By ways of example, (a) failure by you to make timely, complete and conforming payment according to the program of Service you purchased, or (b) breach of the representations or warranties set forth in these terms and conditions or any other agreement, shall entitle SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe to terminate its business relation with you. If any agreement is terminated for cause, SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe shall have no payment obligation to you. Moreover, there will be no reimbursement of payments you have already made and, in the event a payment plan was agreed upon, you will remain liable for the full payment.



SECTION 18 – TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE



You may, by written notice to SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe, terminate all or part of any agreement, for any or no reason, for your convenience. Upon notice of termination, you shall immediately stop using any program and/or Service pursuant to any agreement. If you terminate for convenience, you shall pay any remaining outstanding balance, if any, for any program or Service you purchase. If you terminate for convenience before the end of a program or Service, SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe, will have no obligation to reimburse any amount paid the whole as liquidated damages.



SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT



The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.



These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).



Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.



SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW



These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, within the United States of America. All matters arising under or related to these terms and conditions, programs or Services rendered by SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin and shall be properly brought and heard in the courts located in the city of Ellsworth, Wisconsin.



SECTION 21- CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE



You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.



SECTION 22 – REFUNDS



Unless otherwise stated, all physical and/or digital items, products, programs, courses, masterclasses, and Services purchased are 100% non-refundable and returns will not be accepted.



SECTION 23 – PAYMENTS ON PROGRAMS



In addition to what is set out in section 17, 18, 22 or any other section of the present terms and conditions, it is agreed upon that:

You are responsible to pay the full amount originally agreed upon for any program you purchase, regardless if you leave the program early, do not complete it in the time-frame provided, and/or do not use the programs, courses, masterclasses or Services at all or for any other purpose set out in the Terms of Service.



If you were not able to pay in full for a program and require a payment plan, you are still responsible for the full purchase price of the program originally agreed to. 


If payments are late and you fail to make a payment, we reserve the right to remove you from all programs, until payments are again current unless such payment default is remedied within five (5) days from receiving a notice to that effect. We reiterate that, as mentioned in section 17 and 18 of the present terms and conditions, we also reserve the right to terminate your agreement and you will be responsible for paying the difference of the full price for each program that has taken place since you registered the whole as liquidated damages.



While SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe does provide many Live programs, it is not guaranteed that each program within any agreement will be Live. SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs as desired and communicated.



If you are purchasing 1:1 Private Coaching, Group Coaching, Mastermind Access, or other group environments we create as an offer, you are responsible for the entire amount originally agreed to. As mentioned in the present terms and conditions, there are no refunds or early terminations or if you choose to end your involvement early for these Services.



Nothing herein shall limit SLM Collective, LLC, DBA Shannon Leigh McCabe from seeking payment and include up to a $35 failed payment recovery fee for any chargeback or credit card disputes made by you at any time.



By accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree to never dispute any charges already paid, no matter the payment vehicle. (Example: Paypal, Stripe, bank transfer, etc.)
